The National Breast Cancer Foundation was founded in 1994 and is Australia’s only national not-for-profit foundation established to promote and support research into every aspect of breast cancer. Over the past decade research has made a significant contribution to the diagnosis, treatment and support of women with breast cancer. However, the causes of this disease still elude us. Our ultimate goal is finding the cure, finding the cause.

When you make your Will, you have the opportunity to remember the important work of the NBCF. If you would like to make the most of this opportunity to help, we suggest you use the following words to legally ensure a legacy from your Will:

' I bequeath to the National Breast Cancer Foundation to promote and support breast cancer research, the sum of (a specified sum), or my (specified items), or (the residue of my estate) free of all duties and taxes including, if any CGT, and the receipt of the Secretary or other authorised officer for the time being shall be a complete and sufficient discharge for the executor(s).’
