Workplace giving

Workplace giving for your business

Setting up workplace giving is an easy, low cost and administratively simple way for your company to demonstrate its commitment to Australian women facing breast cancer.

Not only does it build a sense of community and a genuine desire to make a difference throughout your business, it is what many employees are looking for when they consider their contribution to your business success.

Workplace giving for your employees

Workplace giving is an extremely effective way for businesses to drive employee engagement. This, in turn, strengthens the work culture by building a positive, company- wide sense of purpose and community spirit.

Employees can nominate an amount pre-tax that they would like to donate to the National Breast Cancer Foundation and will receive an immediate tax benefit without having to wait to the end of the financial year for their refund.

“We believe in the collective responsibility of business, the community and government to create a sustainable future together. Our workplace giving program empowers our staff to support the causes and issues that they feel passionate about, and makes them proud to work at a place like PwC that supports them to do that.”

Mark Reading, Corporate Responsibility Partner, PwC

Matched giving

Matched giving means employers may match their staff’s contributions to the National Breast Cancer Foundation. Matching employee donations demonstrates an employer’s commitment to their staff, builds social engagement and strengthens brand value.
