Purpose of the Incentive
The incentive encourages registered 1 Minute Plank a Day in May Challenge participants to raise funds via their Facebook fundraiser. The funds will support the National Breast Cancer Foundation to fund game-changing research - the best way to make a difference for people impacted by breast cancer.

How will participants be entered into the draw to win?
All registered 1 Minute Plank a Day in May Challenge participants who raise an additional $50 on their Facebook fundraiser before 11:59pm on Monday 16th May 2022 will automatically be entered into the draw to win one of five NBCF hoodies.

How will the winners be drawn?
Winning entries will be drawn randomly at 12:00 on 18/05/2022. The first 5 valid entries drawn will win an NBCF hoodie. The location of the draw will be The National Breast Cancer Foundation, Level 7, 50 Margaret Street, Sydney NSW 2000.

The minimum age of participants
The 1 Minute Plank a Day in May Challenge Successful Fundraiser is open to all ages however, if the competition winner is under 18 years of age, the prize must be claimed by someone 18 years or older.

Prize
The winners of the Successful Fundraiser Incentive will receive the following:
1 x NBCF hoodie.
There will be 5x the above prizes to win. The 5 winners can select their preferred hoodie design, all of which are listed on the NBCF website here: https://merchandise.nbcf.org.au/collections/hoodies

How will the winners be notified?
The Fundraiser Engagement Manager will notify the winners within three working days of the draw. Three call attempts will be made in total, and an email will follow. Each winner’s postal address, hoodie size and preferred hoodie design must be confirmed before the prizes can be sent via post. If the prize is not accepted or claimed by 5:00pm AEST, 1/06/2022, the prize will be forfeited by the winner. A redraw will be conducted on 2/06/2022 at the same location as the original draw.

How the results of the incentive will be published?
The winners will be published via the 1 Minute Plank a Day in May Challenge Facebook Group.

Liability
The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize. The prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. The National Breast Cancer Foundation and its prize partner will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this competition, the promotion of this competition or the use of any prize.

Privacy Statement
The Promoter collects challenge participants’ personal information via the GivePanel Facebook fundraising portal and abides by the privacy statement and conditions of data collection set out on NBCF and GivePanel’s website.
