GIVE A LITTLE,
CHANGE A LOT

What is Workplace Giving?

Workplace Giving is a fantastic way to support the National Breast Cancer Foundation, fund life changing breast cancer research. Workplace giving allows you to contribute a portion of your pre-tax salary, which your company can then match to double the impact.

How does workplace giving work?

You contribute a portion of your pre-tax salary to NBCF and receive the tax benefit straightaway, rather than waiting until the end of the financial year. For example, if you donate $25 per pay cycle, it will only cost you $16.87 but NBCF receives the full $25.

What's the impact of your donation?

What $25 will do…

$25 Could support a researcher to test whether a successful immunotherapy for other cancers can also be used to treat breast cancer.

$50 Could help fund a researcher to develop new tools to improve the early detection of breast cancer.

$75 Can contribute to research to test new forms of treatment.

$100 Could support a researcher to understand the best approach to manage breast cancer and prevent it from recurring.

What are the benefits for you?

  1. It’s pre-tax so you receive an immediate tax refund. There’s no need to wait until the end of the financial year.
  2. if your employer has a matched giving program, your donation will be doubled.
  3. It’s automated. Once you have signed up, you don’t need to do anything. All the record-keeping is taken care of.

All you need to do is sign up to your workplace’s program, nominate the National Breast Cancer Foundation as the recipient and the amount you want to donate.
