Poly & National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) Donate to Win Terms and Conditions

  1. The promoter is: 'Poly' (Polycom Australia Pty Ltd, ABN 66 087 849 956) of Level 1, 100 Pacific Highway, NORTH SYDNEY NSW 2060.
  2. Entry is open to all Australian residents over the age of 18 years. Employees and their immediate families of the National Breast Cancer Foundation and Poly are not eligible to receive the prize but are welcome to make donations.  
  3. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. 
  4. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. 
  5. Multiple entries per person will be accepted and identified by a unique receipt number. In the event of multiple entries from the same individual, all entry and receipt numbers will be valid.
  6. Opening date for entry will be Tuesday 30 November 2021. Closing date for entry will be 11:59pm AEDT, Wednesday 1 December 2021. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

    2. Sit back and wait for your donation to be selected! 
  8. The prize is as follows: 
    1. One of three POLY SYNC 20 personal, usb/bluetooth smart speakerphones valued at $260. 
  9. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize. The prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. The National Breast Cancer Foundation will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited) to direct, indirect and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this competition, the promotion of this competition or the use of any prize. 
  10. How will the winners be drawn? 
    1. The winning entry will be drawn randomly on Monday 6 December 2021. The first three valid entries drawn will win the prize listed above. The location of the draw will be the National Breast Cancer Foundation, Level 7, 50 Margaret St SYDNEY NSW 2000. 
  11. How will the winner be notified? 
    1. A National Breast Cancer Foundation representative will notify the winner within two working days of the draw. Three call attempts will be made in total, and an email will follow. The winner’s address must be confirmed before the prizes can be sent by courier. The prize will be sent from Poly. If the prize is not accepted or claimed by Friday 10 December at 5pm, the prize will be forfeited by the winner. A redraw will be conducted on Monday 13 December 2021 at the same location as the original draw. 
  12. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
  13. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law. 
  14. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.
