Experience and Expertise

Doctor Jenny Fagg is an experienced CEO and senior executive who has led large financial services businesses globally. Currently, she is a Director of the Bank of Queensland Group. Recently, Jenny was the Cofounder and CEO of a fintech company, 2Be Finance. Prior to this, her roles included: CEO of ANZ National Bank Limited, New Zealand’s largest bank; Chief Risk Officer of AMP Group; and EVP of Products and Payments at CIBC (Canada). Jenny also held senior leadership roles at Citibank and KPMG. Her doctoral research was in risk management. A member of Chief Executive Women, Jenny has pioneered financial literacy and diversity in leadership initiatives throughout her career.
