Felicity Ross, Director of Finance and Company Secretary
Felicity is a senior finance professional with over 20 years of commercial experience across the corporate, not-for-profit, and sporting sectors. She is a Certified Practising Accountant, with a Master of Professional Accounting and a Diploma in Positive Psychology.
Before joining the National Breast Cancer Foundation, Felicity spent five years as the Head of Finance for the Greater Western Sydney Giants AFL Club, where she created a dynamic forecasting model through the pandemic, built a high-performing team, and worked to develop long-term financial forecasts. With a diverse background that has combined strategic planning, hands-on finance preparation, and people management, Felicity has a track record of developing teams, leading process improvements, and managing change. She is driven by purpose, and is passionate about mentoring and developing finance employees.
