There are donation options to suit every circumstance. Options include:

• Making a one-off donation or a monthly donation
• A gift in memory
• A gift in celebration
• Leaving a gift in your Will
• Giving a philanthropic donation from a Family Trust or Private Ancillary Fund

To be eligible to claim your donation as a tax deduction, the donation must be;

• $2 or more and;
• The deduction must be claimed in your tax return for the income year in which the donation was made.

The National Breast Cancer Foundation (ABN 37 144 841 707) has been endorsed by the Australian Taxation Office as a deductible gift recipient (DGR) organisation.

Research focused on better understanding how to prevent and detect breast cancer early, how to stop the progression and recurrence of breast cancer and how to effectively treat hard-to-treat and metastatic breast cancers – research that ultimately saves lives.

All donations of $2 or more will be issued with a tax-deductible receipt.

Tax receipts for one-off online donations are emailed to the email provided automatically on the same day.

Tax receipts for one-off offline donations are posted to the address provided within 5-7 business days.

Tax receipts for monthly donations are automatically issued by email/post to the email/address provided at the end of each financial year – usually in mid-July. Statements include all donations made within that financial year.

If you cannot find your tax receipt or tax statement, please check your spam/junk folder. If needed, we are happy to re-send a copy to you please email: supporter.relations@nbcf.org.au.

As a charity unfortunately we can’t provide a refund for change of mind. It is for this reason we ask that you make your decision to donate to us carefully. However, if a mistake has been made by us, we will endeavour to ensure that any genuine errors (such as the amount donated) are rectified. All refund requests must be made in writing to supporter.relations@nbcf.org.au and are considered on case-by-case basis and at our sole discretion. Please be aware that refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.
